Game Theory Atlas · Independent educational and research reference
Terms of Service
Effective: 19 October 2026 · English · Türkçe · Українська
These policies describe how the website operates. They supplement, rather than replace, the terms and privacy notices of relevant third-party providers.
1. Acceptance and purpose
By visiting or using Game Theory Atlas you agree to these Terms insofar as permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the website. Game Theory Atlas is an independent, multilingual educational and research-reference project; it is not a university, an accredited degree provider or a professional advisory service.
2. Educational content and limitations
Definitions, researcher profiles, examples, case studies, simulations, Nash-equilibrium calculators and research summaries are offered for education and general information. Models depend on assumptions, data quality and implementation. Material is not personalised financial, investment, legal, medical or security advice and must not be treated as a guarantee of outcomes.
3. Accuracy, corrections and editorial independence
We seek to distinguish peer-reviewed studies, preprints, working papers, simulations and original hypotheses, while citing sources where available. We may correct, update, move or withdraw content. Inclusion of a researcher, institution, article, product or reference does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Report inaccuracies and rights concerns to a.i.anastasiaivanova@gmail.com.
4. Intellectual property and permitted use
Site-created design, original explanations, software and other materials may be protected by copyright or other rights. Third-party research, images, papers, quotations and code remain subject to their respective credits, licences and terms. You may link to publicly accessible pages and use short, attributed quotations where lawful. Do not reproduce substantial site content, logos, images or third-party materials commercially without a licence or other valid permission. No blanket Creative Commons licence is granted to the entire site.
5. Responsible use and security
- Do not access or interfere with accounts, systems, content, security controls or network infrastructure without authorisation.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, harassing, privacy-infringing, malware-bearing or rights-infringing material.
- Do not scrape excessively, misrepresent this project’s authorship or affiliation, or try to circumvent controls imposed by the site or service providers.
- External resources are operated independently; you must also follow their conditions when using them.
6. Advertising, rewarded access and optional paid features
The website may display advertising, including advertisements supplied by Google AdSense or other authorised providers. If Reader Revenue Manager rewarded ads or reader registration are enabled, an eligible action may offer time-limited or article-specific access as expressly shown on screen. Watching an ad does not confer a general subscription, cash payment or perpetual entitlement. If a paid subscription or contribution feature is activated later, its price, term, cancellation, withdrawal/refund conditions and provider rules will be presented at the relevant point of purchase; no payment obligation arises merely from browsing this site. Google services have additional applicable terms.
7. Availability and liability
The site and interactive tools are provided on an ‘as available’ basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, specific search visibility or particular research outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on general educational content; nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy, children and external links
Data-handling information is set out in our Privacy Policy. The site is not intended to collect information directly from children. External services, including Google and WordPress.com, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Changes and contact
These Terms may change as site features or applicable rules evolve. Material changes will be reflected through a revised effective date. For editorial, technical or rights enquiries, contact a.i.anastasiaivanova@gmail.com. Nothing in these Terms prevents the exercise of mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
